• All pricess are in Australian Dollars.
• All prices include GST
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Total cost of your order will be calculated during checkout. Please add the products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout for payment and delivery options and delivery pricing.

Order Processing and Delivery

• All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1 business day after we receive your payment.
• For any reason, if the goods are not available, we will inform you within 1 business day to arrange a refund or an alternative product for delivery.
• It is your responsibility that your personal information is correct and up to date on our site as Bartz RC Partz will not be liable for any inconvenience or additional expenses caused by incorrect information provided by you.
• Unless otherwise agreed, we use Australia Post for delivery of your order(s).  
• Please refer to Australia Post for delivery timeframes for the selected shipping option.
• Bartz RC Partz reserves the right to refuse service, terminate user accounts or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Refunds and Returns:

• Any product which arrives damaged is considered Dead On Arrival (DOA). If the exterior of the packaging is damaged, or if you find that the contents of the packaging are damaged in any way during delivery, contact us  via ric@bartzrcpartz.com.au within 3 days for a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
• If a product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchasing, for a Return Authorisation number.
• We will evaluate all returned items. If the product is found to be Faulty and/or it was damaged during delivery (DOA), it will be refunded or replaced.
• Bartz RC Partz will not refund or replace a product if you change your mind after purchasing. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing via ric@bartzrcpartz.com.au  
• All returns must have a Return Authorisation (RA) code.
• Please keep all receipts for proof of purchase.
